Genesis Group is seeking to hire an Internal Control Manager who will help us track and increase the value of internal control. Nevertheless, the ideal candidate will also work as part of the business risk. Ensures strong compliance with company standards and statutory regulations, and mitigates risks across all operations.<\/p>\n

Roles and Responsibilities<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Manage the activities of every department<\/li>\n
  • Ensure that operational risks are clear<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate all\u00a0internal projects<\/li>\n
  • Deliver<\/span>s<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>adeq<\/span>uate repor<\/span>ts<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Create\u00a0\u00a0an app<\/span>ro<\/span>priate communication channel<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Ensure value for money is attained<\/li>\n
  • Steers\u00a0<\/span>methodical internal audits\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Perform regular, risk-based internal audits to identify gaps and potential fraud in various departments<\/li>\n
  • Ensure strong hotels adhere to the established Standard<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate the inventory management process for all supplies<\/li>\n
  • Performing spot checks to prevent theft or waste<\/li>\n
  • Oversee daily reconciliations of transactions<\/li>\n
  • Ensure all income is accurately recorded and banked<\/li>\n
  • Analyze all operational workflows to streamline procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Strong\u00a0experience in internal<\/span>\u00a0<\/span>control\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Ability to multitask<\/li>\n
    • Good communication skills<\/li>\n
    • Attention to detail<\/li>\n
    • 5 years of working experience in a similar role<\/li>\n
    • Good presentation skills<\/li>\n
    • Ability to manage projects<\/li>\n
    • Strong knowledge of accounting, inventory control processes,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • BSc, HND in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
