The ideal candidate must have a good background in brand marketing and be able to drive brand strategy and create visibility across all channels within a fast-growing company in the beauty industry.<\/p>\n<h4>Role and Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate the marketing team<\/li>\n<li>Plan and execute a marketing campaign<\/li>\n<li>Create brand awareness<\/li>\n<li>Drivie market positioning<\/li>\n<li>Ensure brand visibility<\/li>\n<li>Create and develop successful marketing strategies<\/li>\n<li>Promote the company brand on various marketing channels<\/li>\n<li>Develop systems for customer retention<\/li>\n<li>Build a structured sales pipeline<\/li>\n<li>Create visibility across social media channels<\/li>\n<li>Manage and oversee the digital marketing teams<\/li>\n<li>Experience with digital marketing<\/li>\n<li>Build systems for customer retention and repeat sales<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that organisational objectives are achieved<\/li>\n<li>Oversee the digital marketing team<\/li>\n<li>Support sales objectives<\/li>\n<li>Network with industry experts<\/li>\n<li>Drive brand awareness<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Requirements<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Experience in the luxury or beauty industry<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lead a team<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in brand and marketing strategy<\/li>\n<li>5 years of proven experience in brand management and marketing<\/li>\n<li>Strong background in the beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle industry is a plus<\/li>\n<li>Experience in digital marketing and brand positioning<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership and team management skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualification<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc\/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related fields<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Job type<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Salary<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>N400,000 &#8211;
