Who will plan all HR functions and run the whole HR and admin department in our organisation? In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing employee data, keeping company policies up-to-date, and monitoring the work performance of the entire staff in our company.<\/p>\n<h4>Roles and Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Overseeing recruitment<\/li>\n<li>Manage the payroll function of the company<\/li>\n<li>Running employee relations plan<\/li>\n<li>Leading the HR section<\/li>\n<li>Developing and ensuring compliance<\/li>\n<li>Running HR and administration activities<\/li>\n<li>Update internal databases<\/li>\n<li>Schedules meetings and internal coordination<\/li>\n<li>Develop training for staff<\/li>\n<li>Respond to employees\u2019 questions<\/li>\n<li>Monitor staff productivity, sales contribution, and KPIs<\/li>\n<li>Conduct periodic staff evaluations and reviews<\/li>\n<li>Drive a culture of accountability and\u00a0 professionalism<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with company standards and reporting structures<\/li>\n<li>Implement systems to improve staff efficiency<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Requirements<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluency in English<\/li>\n<li>3 years of working experience in a similar role<\/li>\n<li>Good presentation skills<\/li>\n<li>Organisational skills<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to multitask<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills<\/li>\n<li>CIPM certified<\/li>\n<li>High level of discipline<\/li>\n<li>Proven work experience as an HR &amp; Admin Officer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>B.Sc.\/HND in relevant field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Job type<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Salary<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>N250,000<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Closing date<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>May 21st<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Location<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Magodo Phase 2<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>How to Apply<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Interested candidates should click the apply button to forward their cv.
