R &amp; R is currently recruiting for the position of a Chartered Accountant who would take up the role of a Chief Financial Officer, and oversee all financial activities, coordinate the accounting department.<\/p>\n<h4>Roles and Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the full financial process<\/li>\n<li>Direct \u00a0the duties of the accounting team<\/li>\n<li>Implement accounting systems and processes<\/li>\n<li>Prepare monthly financial reports<\/li>\n<li>Reconcile income statements<\/li>\n<li>Conduct internal and external audits<\/li>\n<li>Preparing budgets and annual reports<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing the company\u2019s financial systems<\/li>\n<li>Plan, set up, and administer accounting systems<\/li>\n<li>Assisting with tax plans<\/li>\n<li>Oversee audits and liaise with external auditors<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and analyze financial reports<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with accounting regulations<\/li>\n<li>Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Requirements<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical and financial management skills<\/li>\n<li>Applicant must be a certified associate or fellow of ICAN<\/li>\n<li>Time management skills<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership qualities<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage stressful situations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualification<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in accounting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Job type<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Salary<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>N600,000 &#8211;
