We are a well-known private security company in Lagos, providing security services for corporate organisations. We train security guards and run background checks before posting them to various organizations. We’re looking to hire a chief supervising officer with experience and well-trained personnel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing and improving physical security and overseeing security operations. Nevertheless, you will ensure that security personnel are at their duty post.<\/p>\n

Roles and Responsibilities<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Manage the security operations of our clients<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate cross-team functional<\/li>\n
  • Updating protocols as needed<\/li>\n
  • Identify potential security risks<\/li>\n
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies<\/li>\n
  • Ensure proper background checks and vetting procedures for guards<\/li>\n
  • Initiate measures to protect highly sensitive databases<\/li>\n
  • Ensuring that the company\u2019s security policies are complied with<\/li>\n
  • Supervise and coordinate daily security operations.<\/li>\n
  • Recruit, train, and deploy security guards to client locations.<\/li>\n
  • Conduct routine inspections and monitoring of deployed security personnel.<\/li>\n
  • Ensure guards comply with company policies and operational procedures.<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate training programs for security personnel.<\/li>\n
  • Maintain discipline, professionalism, and operational efficiency among guards.<\/li>\n
  • Communicate regularly with management regarding operational updates<\/li>\n
  • Handle incident reports and security documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role<\/li>\n

    • Good knowledge of security technologies<\/li>\n
