Keep Fresh Limited is seeking to hire a Quality Assurance Specialist who will oversee the quality, checklists, and batch records before being delivered.<\/p>\n<h4>Roles and Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate seed production<\/li>\n<li>Manage the quality assurance function<\/li>\n<li>Direct the activities of the seed testing<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with best agronomy practices<\/li>\n<li>Oversee all activities of the NASC and ISTA<\/li>\n<li>Visits the farm during the growing season<\/li>\n<li>Report on farmer\u2019s complaints<\/li>\n<li>Escalate recurring problems<\/li>\n<li>Create a quarterly summary of complaints and remedial actions<\/li>\n<li>Track and ensure farmers\u2019 compliance with product stewardship<\/li>\n<li>Plan and continual improvement of seed production quality<\/li>\n<li>Inspect every outgoing product for freshness<\/li>\n<li>Record quality issues to find a permanent solution<\/li>\n<li>Educate staff about our quality standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Requirements<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>3 years of relevant experience in a similar role<\/li>\n<li>Solid knowledge of product stewardship<\/li>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of quality assurance<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of the SSA agricultural biotechnology socio-political<\/li>\n<li>Strong quality management systems in seed production<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of ISO is an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Experience in seed production<\/li>\n<li>Must have a driver\u2019s license<\/li>\n<li>Fluency in written and spoken English<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate with team members<\/li>\n<li>Step in for supervisors when needed<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with drivers and field staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc from a recognised University in Agricultural Sciences or related discipline<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Location<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Surulere<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>How to apply<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualified candidates are invited to send their application by clicking the apply button, using Quality Assurance as the subject of the email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"job_application application\"><\/div>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":2071,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Lagos","_application":"keepfreshltd@gmail.com","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-types":[43],"class_list":{"0":"post-3937","1":"job_listing","2":"type-job_listing","3":"status-publish","4":"has-post-thumbnail","5":"hentry","6":"job_listing_type-agro-allied","8":"job-type-agro-allied"},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
