Nevertheless, Leadway Assurance created an achievement landmark in Nigeria. Therefore, due to expansion, we need a sales executive who will drive sales through effective means. Your responsibilities include generating leads and collaborating with a team of marketers to achieve set targets and\u00a0increase ROI.<\/p>\n

Roles and Responsibilities<\/h4>\n

  • Create growth opportunities<\/li>\n
  • Ability to establish new business<\/li>\n
  • Maintain relationships with clients<\/li>\n
  • Act as a bridge of contact between the client and the company<\/li>\n
  • Gathering market information to find out the customer\u2019s needs<\/li>\n
  • Researching prospects and generating leads<\/li>\n
  • Maintain accurate records to ensure sales targets are met<\/li>\n
  • Reviewing sales performance from time to time<\/li>\n
  • Developing sales strategies that will help the organisation’s ROI increase<\/li>\n
  • Preparing and sending proposals<\/li>\n
  • Must be a goal-getter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • 2 years of sales experience in a similar role<\/li>\n
    • Excellent customer service<\/li>\n
    • Good verbal and written communicator<\/li>\n
    • Self-Motivated, must be able to motivate yourself<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.<\/li>\n
    • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n
    • Resilience, and be able to convert leads to real customers<\/li>\n
    • Commercial Awareness, solid business experience<\/li>\n
    • Ability to identify your customers and create a strong business relationship<\/li>\n
    • Analytical Skills<\/li>\n
    • Digital marketing skills are an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
