Alternative Adverts Ltd seeks to hire a sales and marketing executive who will help create business opportunities and drive revenue growth for the organisation. The ideal candidate must have a sound B2B experience and be able to generate leads. You are to promote companys brand and services to clients. Implement a marketing plan and strategy, recognise new business prospects, and maintain client relationships.<\/p>\n

Alternative Adverts Limited is a core advertising agency in Nigeria. where we help client brands to get across to their target audience.\u00a0 We are well-known for out of home advert in Nigeria. We help organisations to create visibility in differnt part of Nigeria.<\/p>\n

Roles and Responsibilities<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Implementing the sales and marketing plan<\/li>\n
  • Creating a new business link and meeting with clients<\/li>\n
  • Provide key market trends & competitive activities to anticipate opportunities<\/li>\n
  • Working with other team members<\/li>\n
  • Take feedback from clients and report to the organisation<\/li>\n
  • Reviewing performance and sales reporting<\/li>\n
  • Gather information on competitors and outline strategies to surpass them<\/li>\n
  • Attending to the client\u2019s enquiries<\/li>\n
  • Working with the team to achieve better results<\/li>\n
  • Market phone brand to prospective distributors and corporate clients.<\/li>\n
  • Source new customers and new sales opportunities through networking and other means<\/li>\n
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities.<\/li>\n
  • Monitor sales trends, track product performance.<\/li>\n
  • Close deals and handle complaints or objections.<\/li>\n
  • Take part on behalf of the company in any exhibitions or conferences<\/li>\n
  • Pursue new business opportunities<\/li>\n
  • Create a comprehensive marketing and sales strategy to achieve targets and drive phone sales<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Good interpersonal skills<\/li>\n
    • A minimum of 4 years of experience in the sales of technology devices<\/li>\n
    • Strong sales skills, including prospecting and lead generation<\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n
    • Solid negotiation skills and experience in B2B and B2C<\/li>\n
    • Ability to close deals and manage accounts<\/li>\n
    • Fast learner with a passion for sales<\/li>\n
    • Able to work independently<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite<\/li>\n
    • Proven experience as a sales executive<\/li>\n
    • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • BS.c\/HND \u00a0in business, marketing, or a related field is\u00a0preferred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
