Position: Internal Auditor<\/h2>\n

Job brief<\/h3>\n

King Fisher Africa Limited seeks to hire an Internal Auditor to oversee and manage the audit affairs of our organization. To be successful in this role, you are to track and identify problems and correct them before they are discovered. To achieve this goal, you will have to perform a multitude of jobs, including creating financial statements and reports.<\/p>\n

You are to educate the management, staff, and shareholders about how the business can perform better.\u00a0 Nevertheless, you are to identify areas of risk and provide recommended solutions, and improve operational efficiency. However, this role requires good analytical skills and the ability to work independently.<\/p>\n

Roles and Responsibilities<\/h4>\n
    \n
  • Lead all aspects of the planning of assigned audits<\/li>\n
  • Deliver clear, actionable audit reports<\/li>\n
  • Event reconciliation report<\/li>\n
  • Determine internal audit scope<\/li>\n
  • Prepare and present reports<\/li>\n
  • Identify loopholes<\/li>\n
  • Control the full audit cycle<\/li>\n
  • Work with external auditors<\/li>\n
  • Regular petty cash spot<\/li>\n
  • Assess accounting documentation<\/li>\n
  • Identify areas of risk or concern<\/li>\n
  • Review and validation of Stock Variance Report<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements<\/h4>\n
      \n
    • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a similar role<\/li>\n
    • Proven working experience as an Internal Auditor<\/li>\n
    • Good analytical skills<\/li>\n
    • Ability to undertake numerous tasks at the same time<\/li>\n
    • Certified Internal Auditor preferred<\/li>\n
    • Excellent knowledge of professional standards of internal auditing<\/li>\n
    • Ability to work independently<\/li>\n
    • Strong interpersonal skills<\/li>\n
    • Ability to operate a computer<\/li>\n
    • Strong communication skills<\/li>\n
    • Excellent analytical skill<\/li>\n
    • Advanced computer skills in MS Office and other accounting software<\/li>\n
    • Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules, and regulations<\/li>\n
    • Solid attention to detail and excellent analytical skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
