Position: Farm Supervisor<\/h2>\n

Our client, a highly reputable operator in the Palm Plantation sector in Ondo State, is seeking to hire a reliable Farm Supervisor. The job holder will be required to work efficiently and ensure a smooth running of the daily activities of the farm production.<\/p>\n

Roles and Responsibilities<\/h4>\n

  • Manage daily operation<\/li>\n
  • Take part in work activities to reduce workload<\/li>\n
  • Coordinate workers<\/li>\n
  • Maintain accurate farm records<\/li>\n
  • Ensure good care of young birds<\/li>\n
  • Monitor crop growth<\/li>\n
  • Inspecting farm activity from time to time<\/li>\n
  • Train new workers<\/li>\n
  • Maintain a high level of quality control<\/li>\n
  • Implement pest control measures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements<\/h4>\n
