However, in this role, you will be tasked with efficiently preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, and maintaining the general ledger. Nevertheless, you will be responsible for supervising junior account staff and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.<\/p>\n<h4>Roles and Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare a financial statement for the management decision<\/li>\n<li>Directing the Financial and management accounting processes<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all creditors\u2019 balances are diligently<\/li>\n<li>Implement and approve accounting processes<\/li>\n<li>Plan and implement accounting operations<\/li>\n<li>Preparing financial analyses<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining and reconciling the balance sheet<\/li>\n<li>Investigating and resolving audit findings<\/li>\n<li>Create timely and accurate accounting reports<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and integrate activities towards the achievement of established goals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Requirements<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>A high degree of integrity<\/li>\n<li>Good reporting and management skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Stress management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of IFRS and tax laws<\/li>\n<li>Strong financial analysis skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage staff<\/li>\n<li>Good practical experience with accounting software<\/li>\n<li>3\u20135 years of experience in accounting with at least 2 years in FMCG<\/li>\n<li><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting.
