Position: Procurement Officer<\/h2>\n

Job brief<\/h3>\n

We need an experienced procurement officer to oversee our purchasing activities. The job holder will ensure that purchased items are cost-efficient and of high quality. Nevertheless, you will manage suppliers and ensure timely delivery.<\/p>\n

Roles and Responsibilities<\/h4>\n

  • Manage the routine procurement activities<\/li>\n
  • Source and purchase materials<\/li>\n
  • Monitoring the delivery of goods<\/li>\n
  • Negotiate prices<\/li>\n
  • Managing inventories<\/li>\n
  • Implement the company\u2019s procurement policies<\/li>\n
  • Maintain and update the list of suppliers<\/li>\n
  • Work hand in hand with team members<\/li>\n
  • Ensure timely delivery<\/li>\n
  • Comply with the company policy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements<\/h4>\n

    • Attention to detail<\/li>\n
    • Solid knowledge of procurement principles<\/li>\n
    • Good analytical skills<\/li>\n
    • Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n
    • Solid negotiation skills<\/li>\n

    • Ability to work within a team<\/li>\n
    • Good analytical thinking<\/li>\n
    • 2 years of experience in a similar procurement role, preferably in the hospitality sector<\/li>\n
    • Good knowledge of inventory control<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • \u00a0BSc in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or any related field<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
