As the chief operating officer, you will be in charge of all departments and ensure the smooth running of daily operations.<\/p>\n<h4>Roles and Responsibility<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee daily operations<\/li>\n<li>Working closely with heads of department<\/li>\n<li>Spot areas for process improvement<\/li>\n<li>Provide reports of daily operations to the CEO<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing internal operations<\/li>\n<li>Oversee capital investments and expenses<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate staff performance<\/li>\n<li>Promote company culture and vision<\/li>\n<li>Implement business strategies and plans<\/li>\n<li>Set up comprehensive goals for growth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Requirements<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>5 years working experience in a similar role<\/li>\n<li>ACA, ACCA or MCIB is a must<\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to lead a team<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Attention to detail<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to make sound decisions<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience as Chief Operating Officer<\/li>\n<li>Interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualification<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc\/B.
