Nevertheless, you will also assist in ensuring the team sticks to organizational policies. Furthermore, as the assistance manager of the Palm Plantation you are responsible for supporting the overall management and the operations unit.<\/p>\n

  • Conclude daily data operation work in the financial system<\/li>\n
  • Provide direction to all employees<\/li>\n
  • Make decision<\/li>\n
  • Step on the gas<\/li>\n
  • Taking disciplinary action when necessary<\/li>\n
  • Maintaining an overall management style of the company<\/li>\n
  • Ensuring the organization\u2019s policies are followed<\/li>\n
  • Managing the retail inventory<\/li>\n
  • We win, team focus<\/li>\n
  • Focus on the highest leverage priorities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
