We need an experienced Customer Service Executive to provide excellent customer service and promote this idea throughout the company. One of the major goals is to keep the Customer Service department running efficiently and seamlessly and increase customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n

Roles and Responsibilities<\/h4>\n

  • Improve customer service experience<\/li>\n
  • Take ownership of customers\u2019 issues<\/li>\n
  • Deploy strategies to resolve customer issues<\/li>\n
  • Follow problems through to resolution<\/li>\n
  • Develop service standards<\/li>\n
  • Kept accurate records and documented customer service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Requirements<\/h4>\n

    • Excellent communication skills<\/li>\n
    • Ability to handle challenging<\/li>\n
    • Capability to customer situations<\/li>\n
    • Proficiency in customer relationship management<\/li>\n
    • Ability to multitask<\/li>\n
    • Strong problem-solving<\/li>\n
    • Attention to detail<\/li>\n
    • Aged between 28 and 35 years<\/li>\n
    • Applicant must be a female<\/li>\n
    • 2 years experience in customer service role or sales<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
