The area sales managers will deliver presentations to potential and existing customers, and evaluate the sales team&#8217;s performance.<\/p>\n<h4>Roles and Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve sales<\/li>\n<li>Motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets<\/li>\n<li>Communicate actively with sales teams in a given area<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring the performance of the sales team<\/li>\n<li>Maintain contact with clients\/customers for feedback<\/li>\n<li>Obtain client\/customer satisfaction information<\/li>\n<li>Adhere to all organisation policies and procedures<\/li>\n<li>Delegate authority and responsibility to the team members<\/li>\n<li>Providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in the development and preparation of the organisation\u2019s sales strategy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Requirements<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>5 years of experience in a similar role<\/li>\n<li>2 years experience as a senior medical sales representative<\/li>\n<li>Effective communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to consult and negotiate with customers<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work well with little supervision<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of or experience with Internet sales methods<\/li>\n<li>Ability to demonstrate initiative and work well in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualification<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>B.pharm\/ BSc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Job type<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Location<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Lagos, Ibadan, Abuja, Kano, Port Harcourt, Enugu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>How to apply<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Interested applicants should click the apply button below to forward their CVs using the job position as the subject of the mail.
