However, In this role, you will be tasked with efficiently preparing financial reports, performing account reconciliations, and maintaining the general ledger.<\/p>\n<h4>Roles and Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare a financial statement for the management decision<\/li>\n<li>Directing the Financial and management accounting processes<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all creditors\u2019 balances are diligently<\/li>\n<li>Implement and approve accounting processes<\/li>\n<li>Plan and implement accounting operations<\/li>\n<li>Preparing financial analyses<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining and reconciling the balance sheet<\/li>\n<li>Investigating and resolving audit findings<\/li>\n<li>Create timely and accurate accounting report<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and integrate activities towards the achievement of established goals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Requirements<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>A high degree of integrity<\/li>\n<li>Good reporting and management skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure<\/li>\n<li>Stress management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in accounts<\/li>\n<li>Strong financial analysis skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage staff<\/li>\n<li>Good practical experience with accounting software<\/li>\n<li>Applicants earning less than Thirty million Naira need not apply<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting.
