A leading 4-star hotel in Lekki phase one seeks to hire a well-motivated and skilled hotel manager to join our delegated team. Therefore as the hotel manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the hotel’s daily operations.<\/p>\n
Roles and Responsibilities<\/h4>\n
\n
Ability to manage the hotel successfully<\/li>\n
Liaise with the marketing and sales team<\/li>\n
Increase hotel revenue<\/li>\n
Handle guest complaints<\/li>\n
Ensuring guest satisfaction<\/li>\n
Coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel property<\/li>\n
Monitor industry trends and adjust operations accordingly<\/li>\n
Take care of financial performance and ensure profitability<\/li>\n
Oversee the maintenance and the upkeeping of hotel facilities<\/li>\n
Ability to comply with every legal and regulatory requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Requirements<\/h4>\n

Take responsibility for managing the hotel<\/li>\n
Proven experience as a Manager or relevant role<\/li>\n
Good customer service skills<\/li>\n
Strong leadership skills<\/li>\n
Effective communication skills<\/li>\n
Strong attention to detail<\/li>\n
Exhaustive understanding of the business<\/li>\n
Extremely honest<\/li>\n
Ability to multi-task<\/li>\n
Minimum of 3 years work experience in a similar role<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
