We are searching for a Corporate Communications Manager who will provide the Company with strategic expertise across the Group&#8217;s operations. Nevertheless, to succeed in this role the ideal candidate must manage risks and optimise revenue opportunities to support organizational growth.<\/p>\n<h4>Roles and Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<h5>Core Roles &amp; Responsibility<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide specific and strategic input and support to the EC and Executive Management in business development, strategic thinking<\/li>\n<li>Implement a Corporate Communications and Branding Plan<\/li>\n<li>Initiate marketing efforts that reflect positioning as a preferred industry player<\/li>\n<li>Review brand associations to ensure consistency, clarity, and assimilation<\/li>\n<li>Establish sources of equity and the current contributions to POP and POD, strength, favorability, and uniqueness.<\/li>\n<li>Harmonize brand elements to communicate brand identity effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Increase brand participation across the board.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Internal communication and administration<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build brand awareness, visibility, and internal\/ external customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<li>Assess existing communications framework for gaps and efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Scout and put in place the required scaffolding to support communications strategies.<\/li>\n<li>Introduce work automation aids for superior communications output.<\/li>\n<li>Review guides, standards, templates, and media libraries.<\/li>\n<li>Review corporate literature and core messaging in preparation for amplification across brands<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Media Production<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Begin scripting for production of corporate documentaries, while identifying suitable production companies.<\/li>\n<li>Corporate photography tour to enrich corporate storytelling and support visibility efforts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Digital media and website renovation strategy<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Assessment of digital media operations<\/li>\n<li>Highlight competence and capability<\/li>\n<li>Initiate and implement strategies to Increase visibility in industry gatherings (online and offline)<\/li>\n<li>Harness paid media strategy and SEOs in line with organizational strategy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Internal branding and communications audit<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Revise corporate profile messaging for clarity, consistency, and reach<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>End-of-Year Planning<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>EOY event(s) and stakeholder relationship management \u2013 prepare suitable gifts for business partners, notable clients, and individuals.<\/li>\n<li>Source and produce corporate gifts<\/li>\n<li>Begin bookings for 2023 exhibitions and events for increased brand presence and visibility<\/li>\n<li>Review 2022 sponsorships and partnerships efforts<\/li>\n<li>Plan staff end-of-year event and recognition ceremony<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Publishing<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure End of Year Reports are finalized and published<\/li>\n<li>Begin drafting the 2023 corporate communications budget and strategy<\/li>\n<li>Publish End of Year Company Newsletter<\/li>\n<li>Begin draft of 2023 corporate profiles and brand communications assets<\/li>\n<li>Agency management<\/li>\n<li>Review terms of engagement to ensure the planned scope is well covered.<\/li>\n<li>Put out RFPs for agencies where necessary.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Publicity and visibility<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Initiate plans for Q1 and plans for subsequent quarters in The Economist and other key and strategic media platforms<\/li>\n<li>Visibility \u2013 Decide on virtual and in-person events in West Africa and begin preparations<\/li>\n<li>Position for visibility to the wider continent<\/li>\n<li>Share of voice in the immediate community through outdoor advertising<\/li>\n<li>Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility<\/li>\n<li>Collate and publish all efforts in the last year and draw up CSR philosophy and focus for the current year.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>External Relations<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for the External Relations team<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely Tender and Bid Management and identification of new opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder Management \u2013 NAPIMS, NIPEX, NCDMB and other external Stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and deliver Weekly and Monthly Management reports to ExCo<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Other Responsibilities<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide leadership and guidance to the team<\/li>\n<li>Work in partnership with other Departments to aid continuous improvement and implement improvement programs (e.g., changes to working practices and organizational changes).<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate work efforts of other departments to ensure integration and completion of work tasks against expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Bring formality to the operational decision-making process and promote the efficient use of business resources.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>\u00a0Requirements<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>10 years post-NYSC experience in a similar role at a senior level.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience managing travel, Corporate communication, People management, Fleet and Office &amp;
