The ideal candidate, the company will accept flexible working arrangements like working from home or remotely.<\/p>\n<h4>Roles and Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Contributing to the collation, aggregation and harnessing of marketing communications needs<\/li>\n<li>Be active in strategic product decisions through the evaluation of market trends<\/li>\n<li>Support the campaign process negotiations as well as regulatory<\/li>\n<li>Bringing to bear, his or her wealth of experience in creative processes<\/li>\n<li>Advising modalities for driving a high-performance<\/li>\n<li>Advising with clarity and logic, the key units of advertising<\/li>\n<li>Branding, digital and OOH of the group<\/li>\n<li>Recommending integrated communications strategies that support marketing and sales plans<\/li>\n<li>Attract and retain new consumers<\/li>\n<li>Enhance the patronage rate of the business&#8217;s current consumers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Requirements<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of 25 years of working experience with at least 12 years in a senior management position<\/li>\n<li>Preferably working as CEO\/COO or Director of Marketing Communications in a flagship advertising agency or multinational company<\/li>\n<li>Strong experience in modern-day marketing communications tools<\/li>\n<li>The ideal candidate must be 50 years of age<\/li>\n<li>Strategic thinking and high creativity<\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite<\/li>\n<li>Based on experience, provenance and stature, the candidate is expected to be adeptly proficient in the entire gamut of marketing communications, such as creative, advertising, strategy, account management, corporate affairs, public relations, media relations, media planning and buying, digital communication, branding, OOH and regulatory affairs among others<\/li>\n<li>Solid interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Membership in relevant industry and professional organisations is essential<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualification<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>BSc in Social Sciences, Sales and Marketing or any other relevant field<\/li>\n<li>A postgraduate degree and additional qualifications in marketing, and business administration from a reputable institution will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Location<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Lagos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Closing date<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>May 15 2024<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>How to apply<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Interested and qualified candidates should forward their applications and resumes (MS WORD) with a scanned passport photograph to marketingcomms.consult@gmail.com<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Please do not pay for any CBT, or assessment test as part of any recruitment process.<\/h5>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":2033,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Lagos","_application":"","_company_name":"","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-types":[45],"class_list":["post-2121","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","job_listing_type-media","job-type-media"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.9 -
