No TLMN\/NTLCP (PMU)_2023\/AM\/001<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Job Summary<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible for handling all audit and assurance requirements on the grant in line with the approved audit charter and ensuring prompt response within the given deadline<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Requirements<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>HND\/B.Sc in Accounting\/Finance or related discipline with a Master&#8217;s degree<\/li>\n<li>Professional qualification (ACA, CA, CPA, ACCA) is mandatory<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 10 years of work experience in public health program out of which at least 5 years should be experienced working with donor-funded projects and managing a team of professionals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Finance and Admin Officer<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ref. No TLMN\/NTLCP (PMU)_2023\/LLS\/001<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Job Summary<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with the laboratory team to ensure proper quantification and supply management of TB laboratory commodities. He or she will solely be responsible for the tracking of the TB laboratory supplies and mitigate any challenges before they affect service delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Requirements<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in medical laboratory science or its equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Logistics management training<\/li>\n<li>A master&#8217;s degree in a health field will be an added advantage<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in laboratory logistics management with at least 2 years in TB laboratory logistics or 5 years experience working in a busy TB reference laboratory<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Lab Specialist<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ref. He or She will provide technical support in collaboration with the National M&amp;E program staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>Requirements<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree in health sciences, public health, statistics, population studies, demography, epidemiology, or equivalent<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation of health programs and experience in management information systems.<\/li>\n<li>Training and experience in a logical framework, M&amp;E, and setting up of an M&amp;E system in a health program is an added advantage.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing M&amp;E\u00a0 systems, including\u00a0 performance frameworks, and program\/project evaluations within the health sector<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Program Manager<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ref.
