As a director, you will be in charge of supervising the academic programs at the institution. You are to work with faculty members to amplify and implement the curriculum, and direct student assessment.<\/p>\n<h4>Roles and Responsibilities<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Directing and coordinating academic programs<\/li>\n<li>Maintain relationships with stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Develop the institution<\/li>\n<li>Supervising admissions processes<\/li>\n<li>Schedule and regular meetings with faculty staff<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing the day-to-day operations<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating with other Academic Department Directors<\/li>\n<li>Offering administrative support<\/li>\n<li>Create educational processes and strategies to meet curriculum goals<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Requirements<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong leadership skills<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Time management<\/li>\n<li>Problem-solving skills<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must possess sound judgment<\/li>\n<li>He or She must be in good health<\/li>\n<li>Strong In-depth knowledge of university policies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Qualifications<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Honours degree in Humanities or Social Sciences from a recognized University<\/li>\n<li>The candidate is expected to have 15 years of post-degree experience in the media and public relations industry<\/li>\n<li>Candidate must be a registered member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR)<\/li>\n<li>He or She must be active on social media<\/li>\n<li>Good computer knowledge<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Condition of Service<\/h4>\n<p>These are obtainable in the public service of Nigeria and the University system<\/p>\n<h4>Job type<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Location<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Abeokuta<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>How to Apply<\/h4>\n<p>Applicants are required to submit twenty (20) copies of their applications, credentials and curriculum vitae using the prescribed University format.
