The\u00a0 HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices. However, as HR Manager your duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management of the staff.<\/p>\n<p>As the Human Resources Manager you are to set the tone for the entire human resources department. You are to ensure that our organization runs easily.
