Position: Workshop Manager
Job Brief
We are currently looking for a workshop manager to direct, control and motivate all service centre staff to ensure growth and quality service delivery. However, the ideal candidate will show excellent managerial skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Direct staff and assign duties
- Ensure maintenance and repair
- Coordinate effectively with other departments
- Supervise repair
- Strives for teamwork
- Schedule weekly department meetings
- Improve customer service
- Anticipate needs for ongoing and upcoming projects
- Monitor automotive service technicians
- Enforce cleanliness and quality assurance
Requirements
- Must be an expatriate
- Ability to plan, organize and coordinate the daily running of the workshop
- Minimum of 5 years experience in workshop management and supervision
- Ability to solve practical problems
- Good Mechanical and leadership skills
- Ability to work with diagnostic tools
Qualification
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering or similar sector
