Position: Workshop Manager
Job Brief
We are currently looking for a workshop manager to direct, control and motivate all service centre staff to ensure growth and quality service delivery. However, you are to create customer retention, cost controls, and achievement of objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Direct staff and assign duties
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Negotiate with vendors
- Supervise repair
- Strives for teamwork
- Schedule weekly department meetings
- Improve customer service
- Monitors technicians’ performance
- Monitor automotive service technicians
- Maintains solid working relationships with customers
Requirements
- Must be an expatriate
- Ability to plan, organize and coordinate the daily running of the workshop
- Minimum of 5 years experience in workshop management and supervision
- Ability to solve practical problems
- Good Mechanical and leadership skills
- Ability to work with diagnostic tools
