Position: Well Intervention Engineer
Job Brief
Worldwide Technical Services is a leading Engineering operation and maintenance. We are looking for a Well Intervention Engineer to join our dedicated team. Therefore, the well Intervention Engineer will focus on optimizing the production of hydrocarbons from wells and other technical specialists in other to maximize operation.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate drilling parameters
- Arrange and execute the well-intervention function
- Ensure drilling operations adhere to safety
- Work closely with geologists and reservoir engineers
- Solve production decline and equipment failures
- Choose appropriate drilling
- Apply measures to mitigate risks
- Collaborate with vendors to procure necessary equipment
- Create drilling programs given geological formations
- Work with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness
Requirements
- Strong experience in Artificial lift systems
- Good knowledge in the well integrity management
- Strong competencies in control of Work systems
- Good setting in Well Intervention Engineering
- Well-service operations such as Slickline and Eline
Qualification
- Engineering or Science degree preferred
- Well Interventions Certificate (supervisor level)
