Grand Maridos seek to hire an experienced Waitress to take orders and deliver customers’ requests. The ideal job holder’s responsibilities include greeting and serving customers. Therefore, to be successful in this role, you should be polite with customers and ensure orders are served on time.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Serves customer their orders
- Pass order details to the Kitchen unit
- Take accurate food and drink requests
- Ensure tables are well cleaned
- Greet customers as they come in
- Present the menu list to customers
- Upsell products
