Job Brief
A foremost multimedia company is seeking a dynamic, creative, innovative talented and experienced Video Editor to join our team and bring fresh ideas. However, we are looking to hire a Video Editor and you will be responsible for assembling recorded film and video footage making use of editing techniques to reflect the vision of the production director presenter.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Take charge of video ideation
- Editing short- and long-form videos
- Visually convincing video productions
- Follow the company’s brand guidelines
- Working with our creative teammates
- Splice, cut and synchronize video
- Creating the final cut for broadcasting.
- Add titles, sound effects, and colour corrections
- Select appropriate sound effects for videos
- Improve and assemble raw video footage into refined
Requirements
- Previous work experience
- Strong video editing skills
- Creative thinker
- Attention to details
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Software knowledge
- Adobe Premiere
- Strong knowledge of news editing as well as feature programmes
- Good time-management skills
- Good knowledge of motion graphics
