We have a world-class factory around Ewekoro in Ogun State with state-of-the-art woven types of equipment, needs a seasoned Human Resources Manager with a wealth of experience in factory management
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and advice
- Capability building to enhance team skills
- Direct all centre human resource departmental
- Advise in areas where needed
- Build up staff appraisal management system
- Maintain staff development initiative
- Consider the recruitment request
- Direct the allocation of human resources budgets
- Build any other HR policies according to the organizational necessity
- Provide advice to line managers
Requirements
- Membership of CIPM
- The ideal candidate should be of middle-age
- Computer literacy is a must
- Strong communication skills
- Proven leadership skills
- Good presentation skills
- Interpersonal relationships
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Excellent skills in handling and advising in people management
Qualification
- Minimum of first degree
