Job Brief
We are an established real estate management company with a visible presence in Lagos, looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be part of our team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responding to call
- Adhering to all safety
- Diagnosing faults
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained
- Servicing and replacing old or faulty equipment
- Establishing maintenance policies and procedures
- Perform and supervise maintenance-related repairs
- Review daily work orders and provide reports
- Forecasting and strategic planning for system overhauls
- Playing an active role in helping the organization set up and execute
Requirements
- Advanced troubleshooting skills
- An ability to work well under pressure.
- Proven work experience
- solve problems skills
- Ability to follow directions and procedures
- Good communication and training skills
- Possession of COREN/NSE qualifications is an added advantage
- Work experience in HV equipment is required
Qualifications
- BS.c in Electrical Engineering
