Position: Estate Surveyor
Job Brief
We are looking for a motivated, team-orientated individual, also capable of working with
minimum supervision, ideally with some experience of working within a multi-disciplinary
property team environment, capable of dealing with a wide range of stakeholders across
multiple departments and sectors.
We are a firm of Estate surveyors and valuers with a presence in some of the major cities in Nigeria. However, we have openings in some of our offices for young estate surveyors, you will have a flexible attitude towards work and embrace change. You should be an
enthusiastic individual who works well both as part of a team and independently.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Creating records of survey results
- Supervise and provide guidance
- Collaborate with engineers and architects
- Present land information and details
- Plan methods for survey processes
- Conduct surveys on land sites
- Provide data relevant to the shape and contour of the Earth’s surface
- Prepare sites for construction work
- Control of daily operations
- Create alignment sheets in Carlson from survey base files
Requirements
- Proficiency in the use of computer
- Time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Previous experience as a surveyor
- Communication skills
- Minimum of two years of relevant working exprince
Qualifications
- Good first degree in estate management (HND or BS.c)
