Audit Manager

Job Summary
- Responsible for handling all audit and assurance requirements on the grant in line with the approved audit charter and ensuring prompt response within the given deadline
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc in Accounting/Finance or related discipline with a Master’s degree
- Professional qualification (ACA, CA, CPA, ACCA) is mandatory
- Minimum of 10 years of work experience in public health program out of which at least 5 years should be experienced working with donor-funded projects and managing a team of professionals
Finance and Admin Officer

Job Summary
- Providing support to the senior finance officers to ensure prompt review, posting, reconciliations, and archiving of transactions both at the national and state levels of the Global fund TB/RSSH/C 19RM grant implementation.
Requirements
- She or He must possess a B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant discipline
- Professional Certificate (ACA or ACCA) is an added advantage
Finance Manager

Job Summary
- Responsible for handling att financial management in line with approved procedures and ensuring prompt reporting of all SRs and implementers within the given deadline.
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc in Accounting /Finance or related discipline, with a master’s degree
- Professional qualification (ACA, CA, CPA, ACCA) is mandatory
- Minimum of 8 years of financial /grants management experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role
- Demonstrated experience with donor-funded grants
- Specific experience in the health sector and with Global fund grants is an added advantage
Finance Officer

Job Summary
- To provide overall leadership and direction for the Human Resources and Admin functions through the coordination, development, and implementation of HR strategies and processes toward the development and management of employees to support the grant goals and mandate.
Requirements
- Candidates must have an HND/bachelor’s degree in management or a related discipline
- A master’s degree is an added advantage
- Must be a member of the CIPM, CIPO, HRBP, SHRM, or any other related professional qualification is required
- Minimum of 7 years working experience
Laboratory Logistics Specialist

Job Summary
- Work closely with the laboratory team to ensure proper quantification and supply management of TB laboratory commodities. He or she will solely be responsible for the tracking of the TB laboratory supplies and mitigate any challenges before they affect service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science or its equivalent
- Logistics management training
- A master’s degree in a health field will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in laboratory logistics management with at least 2 years in TB laboratory logistics or 5 years experience working in a busy TB reference laboratory
Lab Specialist

Job Summary
- Shall coordinate the implementation of the laboratory component of the RSSH grant, He or She will be responsible for tracking of the implementation of the laboratory activities and mitigating any challenges before they affect the service delivery.
Requirements
- A degree in medical laboratory sciences or related field
- A master’s degree in a health field will be an added advantage
- At least 5 years of work experience in public health program
Logistics Management Information Specialist

Job Summary
- To provide technical support as well as guidance on program monitoring and evaluation with compliance to the Nigreria Government reporting formats and requirements to the PSM unit
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, health sciences, supply chain/logistics
- A master’s degree in public health, supply chain management, or any other related field is an added advantage
- Supply chain certifications (APICS, CSCP, or similar) are an added advantage
- At least 5 years of experience working in the supply chain management space of the national health system of which 3 years must have been in an HPMS/PSM management position
M and E Specialist

Job Summary
- To support the M&E manager to ensure accurate timely and accurate reporting of programmatic information on the Global Fund RSSH grant. He or She will provide technical support in collaboration with the National M&E program staff.
Requirements
- Degree in health sciences, public health, statistics, population studies, demography, epidemiology, or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation of health programs and experience in management information systems.
- Training and experience in a logical framework, M&E, and setting up of an M&E system in a health program is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing M&E systems, including performance frameworks, and program/project evaluations within the health sector
Program Manager

- The program manager will, with supervision from the PMU Team leader manage all aspects of the implementation of the RSSH Global Fund (GF) grant.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree with a master’s degree in public health, project management, or related fields

PSM Specialist

Job Summary
- The Global Fund PSM specialist position is to coordinate the Global Fund (GF) grant health products and supply management (HPSM) program in a manner to strengthens the national HPSM program by supporting Sub-Recipients (SRs) under the RSSH grant in service delivery while eliminating program interruptions due to supply issues.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, health sciences, or supply chain/logistics, plus a master’s degree in public health, supply chain management, or other related fields
- Supply chain certifications (CIPS, APICS, CSCP, or similar) are an added advantage
- At least 5 years of working exprience in the supply chain management space of the national health system of which 3 years must have been in an HPMS/PSM management position.
Senior Finance Officer

TB Program Manager
