Position: Managing Director
Job Brief
A microfinance bank in Remo Ogun State needs the service of a managing director. As the Managing Director, you must oversee all business operations and ensure the smooth running of the company.
Rules and Responsibilities
- Work closely with all related industry
- Create and implement initiatives as needed
- Prepare strategic route for bank growth
- Supervising and delegating duties
- Maintain shareholders value
- Increase company revenue
- Ensure the bank obeys all regulatory polices
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of work experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Good financial management skills
- Must not be more than 50 years of age
- Strong attention to detail
- Deep knowledge of microfinance banking
- Must be a member of the Nigeria Institute of Bankers
Qualification
- BSc/HND in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics, Business Administration or any other related courses
