We are a leading insurance brokerage company in Lagos State. Due to strategic change in the organization and to achieve strong performance, We need the service of a managing director.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversees all daily activities
- Implementing business plans
- Reports to the board
- Offer strategic advice to the board
- Give direction to executives in their duties
- Resolve problem
- Motivate staffs member
- Provide leadership to team members
- Create business plans
- Provide strategic advice
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years working experience in a similar position
- Possession of professional qualification such as ACIB and ACIIN
- Strong leadership skill
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skill
- Proven experience as Managing Director
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
