Job Brief
Our organization is seeking to hire a sales manager who will coordinate all our sales activities and help increase Returns On Investment. Therefore, the ideal candidate will supervise the sales team and ensure smooth business plans.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Achieve sales growth
- Create and implement a business plan
- Identify business opportunities
- Work closely with the marketing team
- Track and report on sales
- Develop and maintain business relationships with clients
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team
Requirements
- Ability to direct sales team
- Strong sales experience
- Interpersonal skills

- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in similar role
Qualification
- BSc in Business, Marketing, or a related field
