Position: Account Manager
Job Brief
We are a well-known pharmaceutical company located in Lagos and present in several states in Nigeria. However, we market various brands of supplements. Therefore as part of our growth, we immediately need the service of an Account Manager who will act as a bridge between the organization and the clients. Candidates should have exceptional communication skills and be resourceful.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Recognizing organizational trends
- Act as an advocate for the clients
- Enhancing buyer experience
- Solving clients complaints
- Keep track records of inventory
- Create strong customer relationships
- Ensure reports on account status are up to date
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-5 years of work experience in a similar position
- Good problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical thinking
- Ability to juggle multiple projects
- Good presentation abilities
- Attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Qualification
- A minimum of a first degree in Pharmacy, Anatomy or any Biological Science courses
