Job Brief
An Oil services company based in Lagos Nigeria and operating within the African region that provides engineering design services and project management, procurement such as construction and other engineering works.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Get feedback from trainees after each session
- Liaise with experts regarding instructional design
- Maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
- Research and recommend new training methods
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
- Design and develop training programs
- Manage and maintain in-house training facilities and equipment
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of instructional design
- Knowledge with e-learning platforms
- Proven ability to complete full training cycle
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency MS Office
- Attention to detail
- Leadership skill
Qualification
- BS.c in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering
- Relevant professional training and certification
