Job Brief
A Financial Institution located in Victoria Island, Lagos is recruiting OND holders for the role of a Teller for immediate employment. Therefore, to be successful in this role you should have a customer-focused attitude.
Role and Responsibilities
- Support customers with processing transactions
- Notify customers about bank products and services
- Handling currency and cash transactions
- Inspect all checks and savings withdrawals’ negotiability
- Receive checks and cash for deposit to savings
- Balance cash drawer daily
- Storing information related to transactions, bank supplies, and customers,
- Ensure all transaction information is accurate
- Maintaining and balancing cash drawers and reconciling discrepancies
- Follow teller guidelines
Requirements
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply
- Basic math and computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills

- OND
Work hours
- 7-9 hours
Workdays
- 5-6 days a week
Shift
- Morning, Afternoon and Night
