Position: Telemarketer and Front Desk Officer

Job Brief

We are looking for a dedicated Telemarketer and Front Desk Officer to assist the organisation to generate sales through cold calling or supporting customer requests. Nevertheless, you will be responsible for influencing potential customers.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
  • Receiving visitors by greeting
  • Make calls to potential and existing customers
  • Receive and handles outgoing mails
  • Deal with complaints from customers
  • Answers and transfers calls to the appropriate units
  • Keep records of calls and useful information

Requirements

  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of marketing techniques
  • Passion for sales
  • Ability to work without supervision
  • Proven record as a telemarketer

Qualification

  • BSc in Business management, Marketing, or Real Estate
