Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate the credit management section
- Ensuring the delivery of business goals are met
- Oversee the daily activities of the team
- Motivating team members to achieve organizational goals
- Identify customer needs
- Create and implement a timeline to achieve targets
- Delegating tasks to team members
Requirements
- A minimum of 7 years of work experience
- 4 years in a similar position
- Solid background in banking
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead a team
- Good organizational skills
