Roles and Responsibilities
- Support and fix technical issues such as Desktops, Laptops, tablets etc
- Troubleshoots breakdown
- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues
- Prepare accurate and timely reports
- Responding to customer inquiries and requests
- Providing technical guidance
Requirements
- Good experience in support and fixing technical issues
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a system support engineer
- Problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of computer systems
- Interpersonal skills
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot
Qualification
- BSc in computer science, software engineering or related disciple
