Job Brief
We seek to hire a Surveyor with a great methodical approach and terrific interpersonal skills to be part of our dedicated team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- To determine the monetary value of a property
- Assist in creating a master plan for infrastructural
- Act as mediator between the two parties
- Maintaining the real estate facilities
- Function as the estate agents
- Act as educators
- Carry out continuous repair and corrective works
- Advise on various types of real estate investments
- Give recommendations on the best use of landed properties
Requirements
- Must be self-motivated
- Interpersonal skills
- Must be computer literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- 5 years working experience in real estate
- Good reporting and writing skills
Qualifications
- BSc/HND in Estate Management
