Job Brief
We are a leading estate surveyor company in Lagos Nigeria with substantial properties in Lagos State and beyond wishes to employ a competent and experienced estate surveyor to act as an Estate Surveyor in our Northern office.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate as Educators and instructors
- To determine the monetary value of a property
- Assist in creating a master plan for infrastructural
- Act as mediator between the two parties
- Maintaining the real estate facilities
- Function as the estate agents
- Act as educators
- Carry out continuous repair and corrective works
- Advise on various types of real estate investments
- Give recommendations on the best use of landed properties
Requirements
- Must be self-motivated
- Must be a registered estate surveyor
- Must be a computer literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- 3 years working experience in real estate
- Good reporting and writing skills
- Data collection and collation skills
- The ideal candidate must have worked at a top management level
Qualifications
- BSc/HND in Estate Management
