Position: Supermarket Manager
Job Brief
We are looking for a results-driven supermarket manager to take charge of all the store management activities. The Ideal candidate will be able to improve customer satisfaction and meet sales and productivity goals.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop store sales and optimize profitability
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Complete store administration
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition
- Report on buying trends and customer needs
- Propose innovative ideas to increase sales
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals
- Meet sales goals by motivating and mentoring sales staff
- Create business strategies to increase customer base
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years work experience
- Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
- Excellent communication skills
- Maintain outstanding store condition
- The candidate must be a born-again Christian with strong moral values
Qualification
- BS.c in Business Administration or related field
