Job brief
A logistics company in Lagos State needs a reliable Store Manager to oversee daily operations in our store. The job holder will have to manage every activity in the store, ensure the smooth operation, and monitor inventory.
Roles and responsibilities
- Enhance profitability
- Train and coordinate new staff
- Motivate team member
- Addressing customer complaints
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Arrange all promotional material
- Keeping a good record
- Check goods receipt
- Generate a material received report
- Oversee warehouse/storage facility
Requirements
- Ability to lead team
- Strong organizational skills
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good time management
- Able to work under pressure
- 2 years’ work experience in a similar role
