Position: Sonographer
Job brief
We are looking for a dedicated sonographer to support our doctors in diagnosing and monitoring different conditions, such as cancer, pregnancy, and more. The ideal candidate will work closely with patients and use sonographic equipment to record images.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assisting the healthcare teams during procedures
- Maintaining patients’ medical records
- Ensure clear, accurate diagnosis images
- Caring for and assisting patients
- Educating patients on sonographic procedures
- Calibrating ultrasound equipment
- Interpret and analyse ultrasound images
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in operating ultrasound machines
- Ability to interpret imaging results
- Interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively
- Strong organisational skills
- Applicant must reside in Ogun State
Qualification
- BSc in Sonography or any other related field
