Position: Software Engineer

Wazobia Technologies is based in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos Nigeria, and is inviting applications from suitable candidates for the above position. Wazobia Technologies is a professional software development agency dedicated to producing high-quality products. Nevertheless, we have intensive experience in building bespoke software applications for SMEs and large enterprises.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Apply software engineering best practices
- Responsible for crafting client-side application
- Create and implement complex software applications
- Implementing and deploying complex software
- Coordinate junior members of the team
- Drive technology discussions
- Docker, heavy usage of AWS
- Experience using tools such as Docker
- Build Applications written in ReactJS, TYpecript and NextJS
- Work in a cross-functional delivery team of between 10-15 team members
Requirements
- Ability to communicate technical ideas
- Problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
- Ability to come office twice a week
- Good understanding of frontend frameworks
- Strong experience using Laravel
- Sound profound knowledge of proper state handling
