  • Oversee social media accounts
  • Grow our social media presence
  • Monitor SEO
  • Work with content strategists
  • Update our social media pages regularly
  • Build a strong social media presence
  • Responding to comments on our social media accounts
  • Write content that promotes our brand
  • Drive engagement

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of SEO
  • Attention to detail
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and trends.
  • Able to work nights/events for live coverage
  • Creative content creation skills and photography, video, editing skills
  • Time management skills
  •  Strong knowledge of social media analytics tools

Key Performance Indicators

  • Content 20 posts/18stories/18videos published per week
  • Achieve follower Growth: 10% growth in followers monthly
  •  5mins Average response time to DMs and comments.
  • Campaign Success: 80% Performance of ads
  • 100% Adherence to content calendar and brand guidelines

Qualification

  • BSc  or certification in Marketing, Communications, or any related field
