Position: Site Quantity Surveyor
Job Brief
WTS Energy is seeking to hire a Site Quantity Surveyor to be part of our team. The ideal candidate will be charged with various budgets to make progress. Nevertheless, you are to prepare quantity estimates and have a strong negotiating power.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Keep record of start of projects and completion dates
- Assist the Quantity Surveyor and
- Support the Planning Engineer in gathering data
- Record any changes in design
- Stocking track of materials
- Visiting different sites as required
- Oversee sheets in line with the agreement needed
Requirements
- Must have a systematic approach
- Strong interpersonal skills
- 5 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent project Management skills
- Critical thinking skills
- 5 – 15 years professional working experience
- Strong knowledge of materials pricing
Qualification
- BSc/Diploma in Quantity Surveyor/Engineer, or equivalent
