Position: Site Construction Superintendent
Job Brief
Worldwide Technical Services is a leading Engineering operation and maintenance. We are hiring a Site Construction Superintendent, to process deliverables that meet the COMPANY and standard specifications and are delivered within the schedule. Therefore, the ideal candidate will address all clarifications related to the process.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Optimal use of available resources within the approved budget
- Follow up on all contractors’ activities from kick-off to finished
- Ensure the project team and the contractors carry out safe working practices
- Perform site visits to define limits and comprehensive scope of work
- Contribute to the elaboration of contract strategy in conjunction with Contract Department duet.
- Take part in the tendering processes for activities in liaison with Project Control
- Prepare and defend budgets related to activities
- Direct remedial actions or escalate as necessary for prompt resolution
- Preparation & issuance of activities progress reports
- Identify bottlenecks and non-conformances
Requirements
- 8 years experience in Engineering & Construction Management
- 5 years experience in O&G Production Facilities Upgrade Maintenance
- Attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Team player
Qualification
- BS.c in any Engineering discipline
